VLoreTools
Example character Conformity Lab runs in Armor of Light

Character Books that hold.

World-building tools for characters, outfits, lore, and the work digital artists generate from them.

The people

Who it's for

People who generate from characters, the fans who want to know the world, and the people who write the tools those characters run through.

Designers

You already solved the look. The next render didn't.

Bind wardrobe and reference sheets to the Character Book. Prove the outfit in the Conformity Lab before you spend another night on a frame that doesn't hold.

Artists and Directors

One still is luck. A sequence is the job.

Lock a Character Book, prove the person in the Conformity Lab, then make the stills on the site. New scene, new shot, same character — the one you signed off on, not a cousin the model invented.

03

Promptsmiths

You wrote a scene worth running more than once.

Publish a prompt that takes a Character Book — identity, outfit, lore. Anyone binds their person and runs it. The scene is yours. The face is theirs.

The prompt library is the repository for that work — a permanent home, not a Pastebin dump or an X post that gets lost.

Community chroniclers

You want to know the world, not just generate from it.

The story is already happening — who she is, who she stands with, what the community has decided is true. Write it on the Character Book: lore, and the lore-based connections — allies, rivals, affiliations — that travel with the person. Public dossiers so a fan can actually learn the cast.

The book is the home for that knowledge, not a Discord thread that scrolls away.

Developers & tool creators

You're assembling a pipeline, not a one-off string.

Character Books are the identity lock. The prompt library is where you ship reusable tools other people run against a book.

Closed testing. No public registration.

A note from the builder

Your characters, lore and worlds matter.
Share them with the world.

If you are here, you matter. Your worlds matter. Your community matters. Which means you matter to me. This note is for you.

Why VLoreTools exists

I don't like to think of myself as a victim. But a few months ago I witnessed a cultural revolution.

There was one problem: I suffer from fairly major aphantasia.

I wanted to create characters and participate in this brand new part of the culture. A culture that couldn't exist at all without new tools.

I created this tool to be able to go from text all the way to take part in this new culture.

And now, me and, more importantly, you, can.

Where we are going

Right now the door is closed on purpose. We are seating the people who will write the prompts, keep the lore, and prove the Conformity Lab before anyone else walks in. Closed beta first and then a wider door when the foundation is real.

What I commit to

  • Identity holds. My guarantee, to you, is that your character identity is respected and I will do my best that your character is used respectfully, consistently and gracefully. Anywhere.
  • Your character, environments, props and worlds, anywhere. I want you to be able to simply ask your favorite tool to generate content from your character by name. Including with community projects, while always having your characters as you intend them.
  • Always the latest version This set of tools is geared so that your reference sheets, including lore, will always refer to your current references. No need to spam people with your new reference sheet.
  • Tools serve the book. Full API endpoints for your characters, worlds and lore.
MCP tools. Skills. Instructions. Integrations. They are all coming. ASAP.
  • Free or as cheap as I possibly can. I understand the struggle. We all want cheap or free AI tools. My commitment to you is that I just want to repay the costs of hosting and dev, not profit.

To end this note, I want to leave you with a quote from the great cap'n Keen: "Do cool shit".

Closed beta

We're recruiting the foundation

No public registration. We're seating the people who will write the prompts, keep the lore, and prove the tools — before the door opens wider.

  • Priority Promptsmiths Write the scenes others run against a Character Book.
  • Priority Community chroniclers Build the lore-based connections that make a world hold.

Those two seats take priority during closed beta. We will never spam you from this list.
